Role Overview
The Senior Engineer (O&M) will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, performance monitoring, and reliability of renewable energy assets, ensuring optimal plant efficiency and compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor operations and maintenance activities of solar power projects.
- Ensure plant performance optimization and maximum energy generation.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
