Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Diploma in Community Development/Social Work is desirable.
Experience
Applicants should have:
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in community mobilisation, community development, planning, or similar CSR activities.
- Out of the total experience, at least 8 years should be in the Koraput region of Odisha.
- Knowledge of the local language is essential.
- Experience with a PSU or PSU Foundation is desirable.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 45 Years (as specified in the notification).
Salary
- ₹28,500 per month (Consolidated).
