Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess:
- B.E./B.Tech in the relevant Engineering discipline (Graduate Engineer posts)
- Diploma in Engineering (Diploma Engineer posts)
- MBA/PG Degree or equivalent qualification for HR/Management-related posts (where applicable)
A minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) and relevant post-qualification experience are required as per the post applied for. Experience requirements range from 2 to 11 years, depending on the grade.
